Rick Panneton comes to JSA with a lot to offer the healthcare staffing industry. After an All-American tenure at Mt. San Antonio J.C. in Southern California, Rick was given an opportunity to play for the team voted by ESPN Sports as Best Football Team of the 20th Century, the Nebraska Cornhuskers. A double major in Industrial Psychology and Promotional Strategy/Marketing, Rick started his career as VP of Public Relations for World Sports Management.

Rick has owned and operated a temporary employment agency in Norwalk, CA and worked for The Benchmark Group out of Atlanta, GA. His experience in consulting, recruiting, training and motivational speaking have been the key to his success at JSA Search not to mention his genuine compassion for candidates.
